Following an open market sales process with Ed Bellfield, Regional Director at Christie & Co, Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa has been bought by Dedigama Properties. The sale of the hotel presented opportunities for further development, including the creation of additional bedrooms as well as expansion of the leisure club.
