Established West Malling care home sold to Eleanor Healthcare Group

Lavenders is a well-established residential care home which is registered for 59 residents and occupies an attractive regency two-storey building originally built in 1820 which was systematically extended in 1995, 1999, 2003 and 2006, providing well-presented accommodation across three wings. It is located on circa 2.5 acres and has beautiful, landscaped gardens with views across the surrounding Kent countryside.
The home has been owned by the Webb family for over 40 years and was recently brought to market to allow them to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Eleanor Healthcare Group which operates a number of other care homes in the county.
