Situated on Railway Terrace, an area historically tied to Sunderland’s rail network and riverside industry, the business plays an important role as a local hub for both shopping and community interaction.
The buyers, including Thayananthan Santhirakumar, are experienced local operators, with a background in running multiple sites in the same area, giving them strong operational knowledge and understanding of the local market.
