High-dispensing Lancashire Pharmacy sold to first-time buyer

Leyland Late Night Pharmacy is an extended hours community pharmacy that is situated on Hough Lane in the heart of Leyland. The business dispenses approximately 13,400 items per month and has built a strong reputation within the local community since it was established by Rizwan Akhtar in 2011.

After 14 successful years, Rizwan decided to sell the business in order to retire and pursue opportunities away from pharmacy.

Following a confidential sales process with Tom Young at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Alena Ray at Christie Finance, the pharmacy has been acquired by first-time buyer, Ismaeel Gulrez.

Leyland Late Night Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
