Seaside hotel with apartments in Criccieth sold to RSK Hospitality
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of The Lion Hotel, an 18th century hotel in Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula.

The hotel comprises 34 ensuite guest bedrooms across four floors, as well as a separate annex with six self-catered apartments, a dining room, bar and snug. The property also contains a private beer garden and customer car park.
The four-star hotel has been family-run for 46 years and was sold due to retirement.
The hotel has been purchased by RSK Hospitality, who commented, “We are delighted with the acquisition of the Lion, as we look to continue to add to our portfolio in towns and tourist destinations around England and Wales.
