Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Little Munchkins Montessori Nursery in West London.
Little Munchkins is a purpose-built day nursery setting which can take up to 70 children between the ages of zero and five years. It is conveniently located with great roadside frontage on a residential road in Hounslow, West London.
The nursery was established by Sonia Soin in 2015, in which time it has flourished and grown into an excellent setting which offers a warm, ‘home from home’ environment. Sonia has taken great pride in the building since its opening, and this is evident in the quality of the finish and the beautifully renovated large outside play area which encourages outdoors learning.
Following a confidential sales process with Christie & Co, the nursery has sold to growing group, Family First, which now has 88 settings in its portfolio.
Sonia comments, “I invested a lot of my time in building and starting Little Munchkins Montessori Nursery. This has been my dream for several years which finally materialised in November 2015 and has thrived since. I am glad it has now passed on to Family First who I am sure will continue to maintain the high standards of care and education.
