Bromley pharmacy hands keys over to local operator

Lotus Pharmacy is a busy community pharmacy dispensing an average of 4,233 items per month. Located on a busy parade road that leads from Croydon, the property has customer parking and is just a few doors down from the local health centre.
The pharmacy, previously under corporate ownership, was brought to market as part of a strategic divestment.
Following a confidential sales process with Tom Laybourn at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by the local operator, Sandeep Khosla of R & S Health Ltd, who plans to further strengthen his footprint in the South East of England.
