Located in a residential neighbourhood just off the A174, the well-positioned convenience store has recently been extended to provide additional retail space and undergone a full internal refurbishment.
Having owned the store for many years, the former owners have handed over the keys to a local multi-operator, as the latest addition to their growing portfolio in the region.
