Modern nursing home in Staffordshire sold for the first time
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of a Nursing and Residential Home in Staffordshire.
The dementia care home occupies a 2015 purpose-built, three-storey property with 59 single bedrooms, all with full wet rooms. It is located adjacent to a retirement community, which also benefits from one and two-bedroom apartments, a community hub with café, bar and restaurant, a community hall, a Wellness Centre with GP Surgery, and a pharmacy.
The business was previously owned by the not-for-profit housing association. Following a confidential sales process with Paul Reilly at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by a specialist elderly dementia care provider.

The Nursing and Residential Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
