120-year-old Leicestershire pharmacy sold to first-time buyer
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Niva Pharmacy in Leicester.

Established over 120 years ago, Niva Pharmacy is a standard hours community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 4,679 items per month. It is located on Uppingham Road in North Evington, Leicester.
It has been owned by Varsha Karia for over 30 years, and was brought to market so she may retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Carl Steer at Christie & Co, the pharmacy has been purchased by first-time buyer, Mohamed Fares Abdul Gabbar.
