Norwich convenience store sold to first-time buyer through Christie & Co network
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully completed on the sale of Premier branded convenience store, Fish’s of Thorpe, in Norwich. The sale was assisted by Christie Finance.
Located within a busy residential area on the outskirts of Norwich city, the premier branded store is a long-established business, providing essentials to the local community. The store has been owned and operated by Trevor Fish and his wife Sue for the last 38 years and has been within the family for over two generations.
Trevor, who decided to sell the business in order to retire, comments on the sale, " I would like to sincerely thank all our wonderful loyal customers and my staff, both current and past for the support of our family business that you have all given us over these many decades. I am confident that the new owners and my fantastic staff will continue to offer you the service you all deserve.”
The business has been purchased by Sravan Sai Tamada and his wife, who have experience managing and operating various retail businesses and petrol forecourts. They look forward to growing this already well-established and reputable store.
