One Stop acquire store in Grimsby in a deal brokered by Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has brokered the sale of a convenience store and Post Office on Cambridge Road in Grimsby, to a One Stop convenience store.
One Stop were quick to move on the store, recognising it was a good fit for their continually expanding national portfolio. The store benefits from a Post Office which serves the local community and will continue to operate under the retailer’s ownership.
The brand has closed the store for a short period while they carry out an extensive shop re-fit and remodel of the post office counter.
