The ibis London Barking, situated on Highbridge Road, offers 86 bedrooms with the potential to add more subject to planning permissions. Located close to Barking station and just a ten-minute drive from London City Airport, the hotel boasts excellent connectivity and offers a wide range of asset management opportunities, including adding EV charging points and expanding over the car park to increase key count to approximately 120 bedrooms, subject to planning permissions.

The ibis London Luton Airport offers 162 bedrooms with the potential to reconfigure room types by adding sofa beds. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the airport terminal, with excellent rail links via Luton Airport Parkway Station, and offers a range of business facilities and meeting rooms, making it an ideal choice for business guests as well as leisure travellers.

The ibis Southampton Centre is located on West Quay Road, just a short walk from Southampton Central Station, the cruise terminals, West Quay shopping centre, the Mayflower theatre, and university campuses. This hotel features 93 en suite bedrooms and provides a wide range of asset management opportunities such as the introduction of a new room type, bedrooms with harbour view, and EV charging points subject to planning consents.

Also located on West Quay Road, the Novotel Southampton presents an opportunity to capitalise on a prime city centre location and Southampton’s ongoing regeneration. This upscale hotel offers 121 en suite bedrooms with a range of business facilities, including ten meeting rooms, along with a bar, restaurant, and wellness facilities, and is well-positioned to benefit from rising visitor volumes and increased demand across leisure and corporate segments in the city.

The four hotels are for sale under franchise agreements with AccorHotels, a leading hotel group providing impeccable global marketing and reservation systems with over 100 million members worldwide.

Jeremy Jones, Head of Hotel Brokerage at Christie & Co, is handling the sale of the hotels and commented, “We are delighted to bring these four profitable hotels to the market. We anticipate the hotels will appeal to a wide range of buyers, as such high-quality opportunities are rare. Available on a single asset, sub-group and whole group basis, we anticipate that they will generate a significant amount of interest.”

The hotels are on the market with price on application.
