Located in Stirling’s city centre, the larger of the two businesses occupies a prominent period building and can cater for up to 120 customers. Given its central location, the restaurant and bar is popular with visitors and Stirling locals alike.

The second location is a roadside diner in the village of Tyndrum within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The diner can cater for up to 120 customers and is ideal for commuters between the Scottish Highlands.

The businesses, which currently trade as American-themed diners may be reconverted under a new owner, however, the existing decor would suit a variety of different concepts.

The businesses have been operated by the current owners for the last four years. They are now looking to sell to focus on other interests outside of the hospitality sector.

Tony Spence, Associate Director at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, comments, “This is a great opportunity to acquire a well-trading restaurant business in both Stirling and Crianlarich. The business is well placed to succeed going forward and would suit both an owner-operator or could be added to an existing portfolio”
