New start for Carshalton care home

Park Lodge is an eight-bedroom care home that occupies a detached, two-storey property. The home has been owned by Kreshna and Pakion Munsami and Ashvin Goodoree since 2012.
Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Krishnakaran Krishnabala whose family already operates two care homes in the area. He plans to rename the home ‘Amethyst Care Home’.

Park Lodge was sold for an undisclosed price.
