Pembroke convenience store sold to experienced retailer
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully completed the freehold sale of Londis Castle Stores in the coastal town of Pembroke. The local convenience store has been purchased by experienced retailer, Mr Nirosh Atchuthampillai.
Centrally located on Mainstreet in the historic castle town of Pembroke, the Londis-branded store benefits from excellent levels of passing trade, with a number of other businesses such as hotels, pubs and takeaways nearby. The town’s main train station is situated only 0.5 miles from the store, making it a convenient pit-stop for those travelling through Pembroke. The store is also within close proximity to Pembroke Castle, meaning it captures the year-round tourists visiting the historic town.
The store itself is well established and offers a wide range of products, including a Nescafe & Go machine, and National Lottery terminal. Located above the store is the owners accommodation which comprises of a kitchen, living room, three double bedrooms and bathroom.

The business has gone from strength to strength and we wish the new owner, Nirosh and the staff all the best with taking it forward.
