The site comprised a petrol filling station with commercial and residential investments, situated on Edinburgh Road in the picturesque town of Peebles. The site was sold as part of a retirement planning strategy for the former owner.
It has been acquired by Karan Retail Ltd, a Top 50 forecourt operator in the UK, as they continue to expand their operation in Scotland.
