Popular convenience store in Derbyshire village sold through Christie & Co

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed the sale of One Stop The Prior Way, a convenience store in Borrowash, Derbyshire.

This village store is ideally located within a densely populated residential area and is popular for providing a wide range of convenience items and confectionary to locals and children from the nearby schools.

Jacob Toon, Business Agent at Christie & Co who handled the sale, comments, “The store represented a good opportunity for an independent operator to acquire a busy convenience store that has served the local community well. The new owner has big plans for the store and we wish him well as he implements a number of changes and introduces new services that will benefit the community.”
