Popular French restaurant in Richmond sold through Christie & Co as owner retires after 35 years
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce Chez Lindsay, an established French restaurant located on the banks of the River Thames, in Richmond has been sold.
Specialising in French cuisine from the Brittany region, the popular waterside restaurant has been under Lindsay Wotton’s ownership for the past 35 years and came to market as she was looking to sell the lease and retire, after celebrating the impressive milestone in August 2023.
The restaurant has been sold on a leasehold basis to an experienced operator of French cuisine. They plan to continue the fantastic offering at Chez Lindsay and make subtle improvements over time.
