Popular Norfolk guest house sold to experienced operators through Christie & Co
Specialist hotel property adviser, Christie & Co has completed on the sale of The Beeches Guest House in the historic Norfolk town of King’s Lynn.
This seven-bedroom guest house has been under the same ownership since 2004 and has undergone extensive improvements and refurbishments. The property is now considered some of the most sought after letting accommodation in King’s Lynn.
The business came to market through Christie & Co’s Hotel team as the couple are looking to retire. This presented a fantastic opportunity for a new owner to acquire a highly profitable guest house in a historic Norfolk town.
The guest house has been purchased by Raj and Neru Karavadra, experienced operators who own multiple small hotels and guest houses across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
