LNT purchases prime development site in Gloucester from Aspire LPP

The circa 1.84-acre site is prominently located in the Gloucestershire village of Brockworth, 9.3 kilometres from Gloucester city centre, at the eastern gateway to the town and a short distance from the affluent Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Recognising the location’s excellent potential for elderly care, Aspire LPP submitted a planning application in February 2024, which was granted in February 2025. The consented care home development comprises 66 bedrooms with 100 per cent en suite wetrooms. It will also benefit from communal spaces and facilities, including a choice of day spaces and secure landscaped gardens.

Following a sales process run by Sara Hartill at Christie & Co, the site has been sold to LNT Care Developments.

The site was sold for an undisclosed price.
