Christie & Co presents £8m investment opportunity on six day nurseries across Manchester and Scotland

The freehold portfolio comprises six mature, well-trading children’s day nurseries that are located across Stirling, Glasgow, Falkirk, and Greater Manchester.

The portfolio has strong covenant strength, supported by a group guarantee from the tenant, Thrive Childcare & Education Limited, a premium national operator with 46 nurseries across England and Scotland. The settings are on long leases until 2053, with RPI-linked rent reviews, offering inflation protection, secure rental growth and a 30-year unexpired term.

The tenant has a 2A2 Dun & Bradstreet rating and backing from Apiary Capital LLP, and Individual Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) lease agreements are in place across all six assets.
