The portfolio includes Kinnettles Castle, Kinnettles Mansion, and Kinnettles Hotel, Bar & Restaurant, presenting a unique chance to acquire two historic properties in St Andrews, famed for its world-class golf, university and tourism appeal, as well as the impressive castle estate in Forfar to the north.

Set within an expansive 58-acre estate, Kinnettles Castle is an imposing historical estate which operates as a destination wedding and event venue. The portfolio has been owned by a private investor since 2016 who has operated them as a long-term investment and now wishes to sell as the current tenancy comes to an end.

The sale is being jointly managed by hospitality specialists Brian Sheldon, Gary Witham, and Tony Spence at Christie & Co.
