Sistova Road Dental Studio is a much sought-after two-surgery, mixed-income dental practice with over 7,500 registered patients. It sits on Sistova Road in the affluent south-west London area of Balham.
The outgoing owners are husband-and-wife, Dr Zuleyha Cetinkaya and Ozgur Duzgunoglu, who have built Sistova Road Dental Studio into a reputable, successful business. Dr Cetinkaya will remain with the practice as an Associate, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
Following a confidential sales process with Paul Graham at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyers, Robert Pestell and Benjamin Neo.
Dr Zuleyha Cetinkaya, the former co-owner of Sistova Road Dental Studio, comments, “12 years ago, my husband and I founded Sistova Road Dental Studio with just a handful of patients. Over time, it has grown into a thriving practice serving thousands, and along the way, our patients have become like family. This practice has truly been my ‘baby.’ It was important to me to pass it on to first-time buyers who share the same passion for patient care.
