Worcestershire care home sold to growing PH care group
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Stanfield Nursing Home (Holdings) Ltd in Rushwick, Worcester.

Stanfield Nursing Home is an ‘Outstanding’ rated care home that is registered for up to 41 residents. It occupies an attractive, converted period property with modern purpose-built extensions in the Worcester village of Rushwick.
Following a confidential sales process with Paul Reilly at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Alena Ray at Christie Finance, the home has been sold to growing care provider, PH Care Group, which now has eight homes.
