Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the appointment of Sue Carroll as a Director in its Hospitality Valuation Services team.

Sue joins Christie & Co from KPMG, where she held the position of Senior Manager within the Real Estate Valuation Centre of Excellence, providing assurance on hospitality valuations provided for inclusion within company accounts. Prior to this, she worked within JLL’s UK and Northern Europe Valuation team and brings a strong background in hotel and hospitality valuations, spanning both UK and international markets.
In her new role, Sue will provide valuation advice across hospitality assets, supporting lenders, investors, operators and owners.
