West Yorkshire care home sold for the first time in 36 years to established care group

Registered for 29 residents, The Croft specialises in residential and dementia care with a strong local reputation, supported by a ‘Good’ CQC rating.
The home is located on Snydale Road in the residential town of Normanton, approximately five miles from Wakefield city centre.
It has been owned and operated by Croft Care Homes since 1990, which owns two other homes in Yorkshire.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Wickens at Christie & Co, The Croft has been purchased by Logini Croft Limited, part of the Logini Group, which owns five homes across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
