‘The floating grace’, Liverpool’s only floating restaurant up for grabs through Christie & Co

The restaurant is just adjacent to Liverpool’s city centre and takes customers on a scenic route along the city’s eight docks. The vibrant atmosphere and the historical significance of the docks make it a magnet for tourists, with a constant flow of events in the area.

Throughout the week, guests can enjoy a range of dining experiences from afternoon tea, evening dinner or Sunday lunch. On special occasions, there is onboard entertainment such as singers and comedians.

The Floating Grace has been owned and run by Peter Kenny for several years, who is reluctantly selling the business to focus on his health. He comments, “I'm parting with the business due to health reasons, and it's with a heavy heart that I bid it farewell. Whoever takes over the reins of The Floating Grace is in for an incredible journey, witnessing its success and the affection people have for it. I'm eager to support the new owner in settling in and offering any necessary training, especially if they're new to navigating the waters of the boating industry.”
