Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of The Horseshoe Inn, a multi award-winning pub and restaurant near Peebles.

The Horseshoe Inn is a cherished establishment within the charming village of Eddleston, which sits four miles north of Peebles, nine miles south of Penicuik and around 30 minutes from Edinburgh.
With wooden beam ceilings, stone floors and traditional décor, and known for serving a wide range of whiskies and spirits, the inn offers a welcoming, cosy atmosphere and has been recognised with several awards including an AA Rosette Award in 2023.
Alongside the pub and restaurant, the inn includes eight en suite bedrooms in a beautifully restored Victorian village schoolhouse to the rear of the inn, which have been awarded a 4-Gold Star rating by the AA Guide.
The Horseshoe Inn has been sold to operators who are new to the hospitality industry.
