Expanding care home operator buys third Staffordshire business

The Old Rectory is an established care business that is registered to care for up to 30 residents. It occupies a three-storey, 28-bedroom property set in a semi-rural location in the village of Bramshall, with generous gardens and beautiful countryside views.

The home has been owned by the Wouhra family since 2019, and was brought to market as part of a strategic disposal. The family also owns another home, which remains in their portfolio.

Following a confidential sales process with Rosie Turner at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by Richard and Lauren Goss of Eversley Care. This will be their third home, with the others in Codsall and Uttoxeter.

The Old Rectory Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
