Historic Shoe Inn pub sold to new local owners through Christie & Co

The historic pub features a bar, restaurant, commercial kitchen, one-bedroom owner’s flat, and five en-suite letting rooms. The property also includes a beer garden, storage area, garage, and parking for 36 cars across two car parks.

Located in the village of Plaitford, near the Hampshire and Wiltshire boundary, the property sits 11 miles from Southampton and Salisbury, with excellent road connections via Junction 2 of the M27.

The Shoe Inn was sold by Christie & Co on behalf of freehold owners Sam Nash and Peter Pringle. The pub has been sold to brother duo Ricky and Manvinder Dhillon, who plan to undertake a full refurbishment of the property prior to reopening.
