Nestled in the heart of Beaconsfield’s old town, occupying a prominent position on Aylesbury End Road in a mixed residential and commercial area, The Treehouse is a characterful two-storey brick-built pub. Featuring wooden floors, part-exposed brick walls and an open fireplace, the pub comprises a two-section bar and lounge which seats around 75 people. Also included is a good-sized two-bedroom owner’s apartment upstairs.
The Treehouse currently operates as a neighbourhood pub and bar, showing live TV sporting events and currently operating with 100% wet sales through a varied drinks menu. There is a small kitchen, which could be equipped to serve food in future, and there is also scope for the new operator to increase revenue by extending opening times and improving daytime trade.
Tim Widdows, Associate Director - Pubs & Restaurants at Christie & Co, commented: “The Treehouse represented a fantastic opportunity for a new owner to take on a popular and profitable neighbourhood pub whilst offering the potential to expand the offering and increase revenue by adding food service and increasing opening hours. We look forward to seeing the Treehouse flourish under its new operator.”
The Treehouse was let for an undisclosed price.
