The Turrets is an established care home registered for up to 19 residents. It occupies an attractive period property that has been sympathetically converted and extended to provide accommodation across 19 bedrooms, 11 of which have en suite facilities. The home is located on Glebe Road in the vibrant, residential suburb of St George in Bristol.

It has been owned by Marsden Healthcare Limited for over 20 years and, after many successful years of trading, was brought to market to allow the group’s Directors to retire.

Following a confidential sales process with Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Rakhi and Pritesh Ruparelia, who own another home in Weston-super-Mare.

Rakhi and Pritesh Ruparelia, the new owners of The Turrets Care Home, comment, “We are delighted to have acquired The Turrets, a business offering the highest standards of care. We look forward to continuing to make a difference in so many people’s lives and growing the business further.”

Oliver McCarthy, Director – Care at Christie & Co, comments, “I wish the Directors at Marsden Healthcare Limited the best in his retirement and look forward to supporting the new owners as they continue to uphold the high standards of care for which The Turrets is known.”

The Turrets Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
