Family-run hotel on Anglesey for sale at a reduced price through Christie & Co

The family-run hotel is a privately owned, multi-faceted business combining 19 ensuite letting bedrooms, wedding and function trade, an indoor/outdoor bar, and an informal dining area. At full capacity, The Valley can seat over 175 people, and the hotel boasts a large, popular beer garden, and extensive parking facilities, with the site sitting on 1.2 acres of land.

Traditionally a coaching inn, the hotel dates back to the 1800's and sits close to the port of Holyhead, on the historic Holyhead to London route. As such, the hotel attracts plenty of ferry users, and the proposed major Prosperity Parc development by Stena and the development of the Freeport close to the hotel should bring welcome new trade in the near future.

Anglesey Inns have owned and operated the hotel for 30 years, having acquired the site from Burtonwood Brewery in 1993. During this time, they aspired for it to be a focal point for the local community and offer an affordable and enjoyable customer experience. The company shareholders are now seeking a reputable buyer for the business to bring new investment and take it to an even higher level, realising its full potential.
