New owners for The Willows Care Centre in Margate

The Willows is a successful, well-established, ‘Good’ rated, mental health and dementia care home that is registered for 40 service users and occupies five three-storey bay-fronted Victorian houses which have been converted, interconnected, and extended. It is located near the Oval Lawns and Bandstand, Walpole Bay, and Turner Contemporary Art Gallery in Margate.

The home was sold on behalf of Premiere Care Homes who originally bought it in 2012. Following a confidential sales process by John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Afir Homes Ltd as the group’s first home.

The Willows Care Centre was sold for an undisclosed price.
