Three hotels in Devon and Cornwall sold to BH Group
On behalf of Coast & Country Hotels, specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of the Imperial Hotel in Exmouth, the St Ives Bay Hotel, and Ship & Castle Hotel in St Mawes, Cornwall.

The hotels have been sold to BH Group, alongside the Burlington Hotel in Eastbourne and the Windermere Hotel in Cumbria.
