Three pubs with rooms in North Yorkshire sold

The Jack & Jill Coaching Inn is a characterful pub near Scaling Dam in the North York Moors. Dating back to the 18^th century, the Grade II listed property has been carefully restored in recent years and contains nine ensuite letting bedrooms as well as a large outside terrace, children’s play areas and a takeaway café. It has been acquired by a regional multi-operator who intends to implement their wealth of hospitality experience to elevate the already established business.

The Woodman Inn is an established village pub and restaurant with eight ensuite guest bedrooms in Burneston, North Yorkshire. It has been sold to an experienced operator who plans to run the business in a similar manner to the previous owners.

Located near Thirsk, The Whitestonecliffe Inn is a 17^th century pub and restaurant with six letting bedrooms. These bedrooms were recently refurbished and the new owner, an experienced local business owner, plans to restore the pub and management accommodation to its former glory.
