Pair of busy Coventry day nurseries sold as founding owners leave the sector

Tiny Teddies comprises two busy day nursery settings – one on Chetton Avenue in Radford, and the other on Mount Street in Chapelfields. Together, they have the capacity for up to 150 children at any one time and, over the last few decades, have hugely benefited from fantastic levels of consistency and a great local reputation.
The settings were founded by Michelle and Paul Ingram over 20 years ago and were recently brought to market because they have chosen to exit this sector.
Following a sales process with Jassi Sunner at Christie & Co, the settings have been sold to Kids Planet Day Nurseries, which owns over 250 day nurseries across the UK.
Michelle Ingram, founder and former owner of Tiny Teddies Day Nurseries, comments, “It was a difficult decision for Paul and I to move away from our nursery provision, but the choice to hand over the reins to Kids Planet was a straightforward one as their aims and commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and training and development of staff is fully aligned with ours. Tiny Teddies Day Nurseries was sold for an undisclosed price.
