High-dispensing Reigate pharmacy sold to independent operator

Townsend Pharmacy is a standard hours community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 15,343 items per month. It is located in a busy shopping parade in a residential area of Reigate, Surrey.
The pharmacy was previously under corporate ownership and was brought to market as part of a strategic divestment.
Following a confidential sales process with Tom Laybourn at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Jaymil Patel, who owns several other high-performing pharmacies in the South of England and is keen to continue growing his group’s footprint and expand his business.

Townsend Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
