Facing the village green within the picturesque limestone village of Lyddington, the Old White Hart is highly popular among locals, as well as tourists looking to explore the nearby attractions such as Rockingham Castle and Eye Brook Reservoir.

The traditional pub has recently been refurbished and sympathetically extended, where customers can enjoy a superb dining experience in the main restaurant, conservatory and function room, or a more relaxed atmosphere in the front bar where good wines and real ales are served.

There are 12 spacious and beautifully presented letting rooms adjoining the pub, which are full of character, charm and stunning ornate features including jacuzzi baths and vaulted ceilings. There is also a stunning south-facing garden and patio with space for an additional 200 guests.

The pub has been owned and operated by Stuart and Holly East for the last 27 years, who are now selling as they plan to retire.

David Lee, Regional Director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, comments, “The Old White Hart is a fantastic hospitality business in a beautiful location. The business also makes very significant profits so it is an ideal purchase for a variety of different types of buyers.”
