Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston is an iconic Victorian manor house and full-service hotel with 149 bedrooms and extensive conference and meeting facilities, set within 11 acres of parkland. The hotel also offers a restaurant, bar and lounge, and a leisure club with a gym, swimming pool, and spa facilities.
Having undergone significant investment in recent years, with a full refurbishment in 2023, the hotel has operated under a new franchise agreement from August 2025. The hotel is conveniently located off the M6 and M55 motorways with easy connections to Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead is situated next to The Metrocentre, one of the UK’s largest shopping and leisure complexes and within easy reach of the A1 Western Bypass. With 150 bedrooms, a bar, a restaurant, a leisure centre, and a range of function suites, the hotel has also undergone significant investment in recent years with a refurbishment in 2023. The hotel has operated under a new franchise agreement since May 2025.
