Two off-license stores in Dunstable sold to new operators

The two stores, situated in busy parades on Langdale Road and Katherine Drive, had been owned by Alex for more than 20 years, who decided to sell to focus on other business interests.

The stores have been acquired by local cousins Suresh, Kowri and Kowthaman, who commented, “We are delighted to have purchased these well-regarded off licences in Dunstable. We have plans to grow the businesses in the near future, without affecting the current successful business operations. We would like to thank the seller and Christie & Co for their help with this transaction.” 

Commenting on the sale of his stores, Alex said, “Having owned the sites for over 22 years, it felt as though now was the right time personally to move on and focus on other business ventures, although it wasn’t an easy decision. Now that I have sold the two businesses to Suresh, Kowri and Kowthaman, I have every faith that they and the current team will continue to run the stores in good fashion and make a success of them. I would like to also thank Christie & Co who facilitated the sale and found suitable buyers.”
