Two ‘Good’ rated West Sussex care homes sold to Premium Care Group
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has completed the freehold sales of both Manor Barn Nursing Home near Chichester and The Anchorage Care Home in Pulborough, West Sussex.

Manor Barn Nursing Home is registered for 30 service users and occupies a Grade 2 listed, 30-bedroom property near Chichester. The Anchorage is registered for 36 and benefits from 36 single en suite bedrooms with planning permission for a separate 32-bed unit in the rear garden. Both homes have registered managers and ‘Good’ CQC ratings.
Acting on behalf of the Directors of Rhymecare Ltd, Charles Phillips at Christie & Co was instructed to confidentially market their two care homes. A targeted marketing campaign was undertaken with an offer being accepted from experienced care operator, Premium Care Group.

Manor Barn and The Anchorage were sold for an undisclosed price.
