Well-performing Belfast pharmacy sold to first-time buyer

Urban Pharmacy is a well-performing business that dispenses an average of 2,100 prescription items per month and benefits from a strong retail trade selling a high volume of well-known brands in skincare, make-up, perfumes, beauty products, and general household products. It is ideally located on Dublin Road in the centre of Belfast.
The business has been owned by husband-and-wife team, Cliff and Oonagh McElhinney, for over 20 years, and was brought to market to allow them to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Karl Clazy at Christie & Co, the pharmacy has been purchased by first-time local buyer, Brian Brolly, who previously worked as a Pharmacy Manager in Lisburn.

Urban Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
