Village store in Bentley sold to experienced retailers
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the leasehold sale of Bentley Stores near Farnham, in Hampshire.

Bentley Stores is a modern convenience store with post office and café located in the heart of the village of Bentley.
Former owner, Mr Balamyuran, purchased Bentley Stores from Christie & Co in 2020 and refitted the shop to an excellent standard, as well as opening the adjacent café.
The lease for the store has been acquired by multi-site retail operator Mr Gowsinathan, who brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge about the market, and plan to expand the café offering.
