Weymouth pub sold for the first time in nearly 40 years

Located just a short walk from Weymouth beach, The Weatherbury is a characterful 18th century pub/restaurant with ten en suite letting bedrooms and a beer garden.
Following a sales process with Ryan Bassett, Business Agent at Christie & Co, the property has been sold for the first time in nearly 40 years. Having owned the pub since the 1980s, the former owners have decided to step back and enjoy their retirement.
The pub has been sold to new owners with a family history of running pubs with accommodation.
