Punch Pubs & Co acquires historic pub in Louth, Lincolnshire

Situated in the historic market town of Louth, at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Ye Olde Whyte Swanne is a charming traditional public house. Established in 1612, the pub features a cosy bar, a dining area, and a courtyard beer garden popular for al fresco drinking and dining in the summer months.
The pub is well-known for its local ales and was awarded Louth and District CAMRA Town Pub of the Year in 2024.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonty Green, Business Agent at Christie & Co, the pub has been acquired by Punch Pubs & Co.
