David joined Christie & Co in 2014 as a Graduate Valuation Surveyor, working cross-sector with experience in all of our specialist departments. David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in Spring 2016 and having gained an invaluable amount of experience during his APC, decided to move across to the agency department selling Pubs & Restaurants. David was made Regional Director for the North & Midlands Pubs & Restaurants team in February 2024 and since his appointment has been responsible for growing and managing the department. David is extremely passionate about the sector and still spends a large proportion of his time brokering the acquisition and sale of single assets and small portfolios in the regions.
