An experienced hotel development and investment professional, Pierre heads from London, our experienced consultants in the UK and across Europe, responding to the diverse needs of our clients from bespoke market research, feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, operational performance reviews to uniquely designed strategic advisory services. Pierre and his team also regularly produce sector-related and market-focused publications. In the last 18 months Pierre has advised on numerous assignments, including the refinancing of the Generator hostels portfolio and coordinated the pan-European team to produce bespoke strategic research and reviews for large international groups of investors ad operators.
