When did you join Christie & Co?

I joined Christie & Co in September 2024 after working as an M&A Manager for 11.5 years with three different dental consolidators. Having nurtured my relationship with the Christie & Co team over many years, I decided to transition from an in-house buying position to join Christie & Co as an advisor and broker to support with dental transactions.

What was your first job in dental?

I began my journey in the dental M&A space in 2013, initially joining Mydentist to focus on growing their group of predominantly NHS practices. In 2017, I moved to Dentex, a start-up dental group, with a focus on private and specialist dental practices. After a very successful six years of M&A growth at Dentex, the business joined forces with Portman Dental Group through an industry merger to become PortmanDentex. I continued acquiring for Portman until mid-2024, when I decided to transition to the brokerage side of the dental M&A market.

In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie & Co?

As an Associate Director at Christie & Co, I support dental practice owners with strategic advice to maximise the value of their business, guide them through sales, and assist potential buyers in sourcing their first or next opportunity. I am eager to build new relationships with established practice owners, emerging entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors, covering London and the South of England.

What’s your favourite thing about Christie & Co?

One of the key drivers for joining Christie & Co was my positive working relationship with the team over the past decade. In my experience, Christie & Co consistently provided accurate advice to their clients, appraisals supported by formal due diligence processes, and a professional level of service, managing deals from the first contact through to completion. Knowing the strengths of the team and the business, it was an easy decision to join them.

What's a favourite project that you’ve worked on at Christie & Co so far?

Since joining Christie & Co in 2024, I have continued my successes in the M&A field, supporting several successful transactions through to completion. Many of these projects faced strategic challenges that required innovative thinking to ensure their successful completion and happy vendors and purchasers.

Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young and growing family, staying active, and travelling to our family home on the island of Paxos in Greece, spending most of my time out on the water. I’m a bit of a foodie, I love to travel and explore new cultures and cuisines both home and afar.

What’s your hometown? Where do you live now?

I spent my early years in Paxos, Greece, before moving to North Berwick, Scotland, where I spent my school years. I studied at the University of Edinburgh and later moved to London, where I have lived for most of my professional career and settled with my family.
